Stayed at a fantastic hostel with a great location and artsy vibe. Absolutely loved it! the two ladies at reception were super friendly and helpful, but some other staff members, including the General Manager, were a bit rude and slow. the overall trip was amazing, thanks to this wonderful hostel. Will definitely recommend and stay here again next time I visit!
Was all great! 👍.

Great atmosphere and friendly guests and staff. Thank you for a wonderful few days.
I would have liked to see recycling bins in the hostel.

That they accommodated my request for a room away from the action.
Slummy, backpacking scene with VERY loud music til the early hours of the morning.

As a weary traveler in need of a last-minute place to stay, the staff at Why Not Backpackers were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond. Despite my early morning arrival after a long night of traveling, they welcomed me with open arms. The free breakfast each morning was a real treat, offering a delicious spread of fresh fruit, pancakes, cereal, and more. In addition, the lockers in the dorm were spacious enough for my backpack, and the rooms were equipped with A/C. The staff themselves were cool and laid-back, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere. During the day, I enjoyed lounging by the pool, and at night, the place transformed into a lively party hub. For backpackers on a budget, this place offers excellent quality at a reasonable price. Don't miss out on the pool party on Sunday and the free BBQ on Saturday night. I'll definitely be returning in the future!
I can recommend this hotel for an unforgettable backpacking experience.

The facilities at this hostel were good, with clean places to stay and access to a free gym. The free breakfast and shuttle service to town were also very convenient.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. the staff members mostly spoke a different language, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

The shuttle bus to and from the city and the airport is an excellent service. We were very impressed with how frequently it went.
We realise that backpackers accommodation is likely to have late night music/drinking however, with our room so close to the bar, we were not able to sleep until 1am at the earliest. Alot of people staying would have arranged to go on early tours etc. as we did which meant a very interrupted nights sleep. Such a shame really as the bar area was quite nice. Rooms should not be directly facing it especially within 10 metres!!!

I stayed at Why Not Backpackers for a week-long vacation and had a great time. The hostel has a unique setting that makes you feel like you're on a reality TV show. The Sunday night BBQ and reptile show were awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service to the city and airport was a plus. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, and the facilities were clean. The free breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options. The nightly events, like live music and pool competitions, added to the fun atmosphere. The terrace and swimming pool were enjoyable too.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Dirty bathrooms, even after cleaning. Bugs and mess in the bathrooms were a problem

Great value for money, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the options.
